Just in front of the sea With a large sea view from room, breakfast room and lounge. Perfect place to relax. Owners are very sympatic.

The breakfast-not too big and wasn't greasy.
The curtains in the bedroom were very thin-therefore woke up at about 5am. Shower room/toilet was miniscule. Decor was in good condition, but very 1980s.

Sandra very welcoming and nothing was a bother for her. The room was spotless and decoration was very fresh. It felt like a "home from home". It was an easy walk along the promenade to the shopping area. Dining room was pleasant and there was an extensive breakfast menu. Would certainly stay there again and would recommend it.
Being picky the only downside was the parking arrangements. There is limited parking in front of the hotel.

I chose this hotel as a convenient location to visit the Tall Ships 2011 in Greenock. It is a small hotel located very close to the ferry terminal in the centre of Dunoon and ideal for those travelling without a car. To reach it just continue along the coastal walkway for a few minutes turning left from the ferry. The owners are very friendly and knowledgable about the area, the hotel is very clean and comfortable and has great views across the water. Trips on the paddle steamer Waverley leave from the ferry terminal and you can buy tickets on board. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to go back next year

It was compact, good-sized and with a view. Location: the hotel was close enough to watching the ferries, ferry port and local restaurants and shops and Dunoon for a family event.
Nothing that i didnt like.

Direct beachfront access made morning coffee lovely as waves crashed below. The cozy lounge area, stocked with games and movies, provided a nice space to unwind after a day of exploring.
Bathroom design felt cramped, with limited space making it inconvenient for anyone expecting more luxury at a higher price. The layout left little room for privacy, especially with the shutter doors leading to the bathroom. Breakfast ordering the night before might not suit everyone, though it worked fine for us.
